Step by step instructions for setting up email on Android for Samsung, HTC, Sony, Nexus, Huawei and other android devices.
Open your default email App by clicking on the small icon which looks like an envelope. Insert your email and password then choose MANUAL SETUP. A sample email address is used below, please insert your own email address instead.
Choose POP as the account type as below.
Insert your info as in the following image, replacing "server.com" with your own domain, eg. if your domain is biscuitmakers.co.za then your email address would be you@biscuitmakers.co.za and POP3 server would be mail.biscuitmakers.co.za
Select an outgoing server from THIS SMTP SERVER LIST. It is important to select the outgoing server which matches your provider or ISP.
Use Sync schedule to set the frequency to check for new emails (15 mins).
Finish up by giving your account a name.

Note: If you have difficulty sending emails, you may need to use a different outgoing server.
