This tutorial shows how to setup Outlook 2013 or 2016 to retrieve email

 

Click the File tab.
In the Info category, click Account Settings, and then click Account Settings in the dropdown.
On the Email tab, click New.

In the Add New Account dialog box:

Click MANUAL SETUP then click Next.
Click POP then click Next.
Add your full name.
Add your email address.

Under Server Information:

In the Incoming mail server box, type mail.yourdomainname.co.zw 
In the Outgoing mail server (SMTP) box, choose your ISP's server 

Under Logon Information:

In the User Name box, type your email address
In the Password box, type your email password
Click to select the "Remember password" check box.
Click "Test Account Settings"
Click Next, and then click Finish.

 

NoteIf you have difficulty sending emails, you may need to use a different Outgoing Server. This page explains how to quickly and easily configure your outgoing server.
